Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Fit33 gear. If you don't, you can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with return instructions.
  3. Send the items back in their original packaging if you can.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Tell us when you start your return and we'll send the new item as soon as yours is on its way back.

Items that can't be returned

  • Worn, washed or damaged items, or items without tags
  • Digital programs once they have been downloaded
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and send your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping costs aren't refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
