Orders & shipping

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on gear orders over $75. Under $75 it's $6.95 (3–5 business days). Express is $14.95 (1–2 business days).

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

What's your return policy?

Return unworn, unwashed items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Start a return through our contact page and tell us the size you want.

Sizing & products

How do I pick my size?

Each product page lists its sizes. If you're between sizes, take the bigger one for a relaxed fit or the smaller one for a tighter training fit. Send us your height and weight and we'll help you choose.

How do I wash my Fit33 gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry. That keeps the fabric and the print looking new.

Training

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Every program has a level, and Yoga & mobility is made for beginners.

How do classes and coaching work?

Can I cancel my membership?
